A very cool feature you can use on your phone when looking for local restaurants or to find out about local movie listings is to text message google!

The number is: 46645

You can text them from anywhere in the United States!

I am currently on business here in New York and had to find a restaurant called Kobe Club. I simply sent a text message to 46645 and in the text message, placed Kobe Club New York and received the address, map link, and phone number to the restaurant!

When I am in Miami and hanging out with friends and feel like catching a flick. I simply text message 46645 and in the text message, write Lions for Lambs the movie 33140 (important to write “movie” and if you are looking for something near you, place the zip code) and all local theaters, who have the movie, will send their showings!

The way this works is that the “bot” searches the web to match what you are looking for as if you were on the web conducting a search!
