Tips for Minimizing Workplace Negativity

Tip for the day was inspired from an article I read from Susan M. Heathfield,

One of her 7 tips to manage workplace negativity is to:
Make opportunities available for people to express their opinion about workplace policies and procedures.

This tip reminded me that when your team is unhappy, it shows how business processes can affect the problems occurring in the work environment. This example demonstrates how careful your approach should be when incorporating new policies and the importance in gathering collective feedback prior to process implementation.
